We are always seeking qualified and knowledgeable Vendor Partners to assist in our continued growth. Open House Group is a large scale investor that currently purchases properties each month in our targeted metropolitan areas.

After purchase, each property goes through the Company’s Make Ready rehab process. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated companies looking to work with a fast-paced, high volume company with unlimited potential for growth.

Open House Vendors must follow a guideline of quality and success:

Company must be a Corporation or LLC; no DBAs or Individuals

Financially Stable
Company must be able to financially cover assigned work and adhere to Open House payment structure

Certified
All Vendors that perform work on Open House properties must be certified in their trade.

Quality Work
Vendors must have defined quality guidelines within their Company and provide excellent communication throughout each project.*
