Assistant Property Manager

High-volume Property Management Company seeking a reliable and experienced Assistant Property Manager to assist with our growing portfolio of single-family homes.

Position Summary
The Assistant Property Manager will assist with the leasing and tenant management of our properties.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collect rent and other payments from residents and enforces fees and fines incurred
- Initiate and complete move out procedures on a monthly basis
- Act as first point of contact for delinquent residents and responsible for communication of late and eviction notices
- Assists with the resolution of resident issues and complaints in cooperation with key staff
- Responsible for updating and maintaining reports for the assigned portfolio
- Maintains accurate written and digital records and schedules
- Any other daily tasks associated with the management of portfolios as needed
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ year(s) customer service experience required
- 3+ year(s) administrative experience required
- 3+ year(s) sales and/or leasing experience required
- Knowledge of property management business procedures
- Understands and complies with Federal Fair Housing laws and regulations
- General knowledge of balancing tenant ledger accounts
- Conflict resolution skills required to resolve issues
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain company or resident information confidential
- Ability to work in a team setting and communicate effectively with associated departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Property ware knowledge preferred, but not required

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
